Refund policy

All sales at OrgaNick Studio are final. Because many of my pieces are made to order, personalized, or produced in small batches, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind or incorrect order size.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or defective, I want to make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging (if damage may have occurred in shipping)
• Your order number

Once verified, I'll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item — no need to ship anything back.
