I just never stopped making things. I wanted to create and build with my hands, so I started college chasing ceramics; wild, right?

That year taught me something I carry with me still: my creativity isn't limited to one medium.

One path led to another, and I found myself sitting in the back of a dimly lit classroom for ART 226: Graphic Design I. Completely out of my element, utterly terrified.

Our first project was a poster honoring someone special. I had no idea what I was doing. My teacher checked in on me constantly, always reassuring me in my work, seemingly impressed with most of my moves. I didn't love being on a computer when I was young, but creating on one felt different. And I was apparently good at it?! As classes continued and I learned design principles and typographic styles, I fell in love with the craft that is Graphic Design.

I was hooked. I loved it. And I still do.

However, my love didn't stop at the computer. It went deeper. What grabbed me most wasn't the screen, it was the moment design moved to print. That's where my love really took hold.

Paper isn't just a surface to me. It carries meaning and intention. It celebrates milestones, preserves expression, and creates connections that actually matter.

That belief shapes every piece I create.
